摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To reduce the number of parts and contrive simplification of the device by performing temperature detection and torque detection with the same mechanism. CONSTITUTION: When a power source switch 26 connects a reference alternating current voltage generator 24 and a coil 22, alternating current is supplied to the coil 22. Thereby, a magnetic flux is generated, a magnetic path is formed between an input shaft and an output shaft, and the magnetic resistance of the magnetic path is changed by relative rotation between the input and output shafts. A torque detection means detects torque by the relative rotation between the input and output shafts in accordance with the change of the magnetic resistance. Also, when the power source switch 26 connects a reference direct current voltage generator 25 and the coil 22, direct current is supplied to the coil 22. At this time, both ends voltage of the coil 22 is determined only by resistance components, and a temperature detection means can find temperature from both ends voltage VC of the coil 22 without being influenced by the relative rotation between the input and output shafts.</p>
