<p>PURPOSE: To improve workability of repair and reinforcing of a concrete structure by sticking a fiber material to a concrete structure by using an adhesive, and leveling by pushing from above them by using a heating and pressurizing appliance having a high temperature surface. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive 3 is applied to a sticking surface of a fiber material 2 of a concrete structure 1, or the adhesive 3 is stuck to the fiber material 2, and the fiber material 2 is stuck to the concrete structure 1. Then, a heating and pressurizing appliance 4 having a high temperature surface is pushed against the fiber material 2, the fiber material 2 is leveled by pushing while heating and pressurizing, and the concrete structure 1 is bonded to the fiber material 2. As heating temperature, temperature giving no influence on the adhesive and physical properties of the fiber material is taken, and about 70-130 deg.C is preferable. For the heating and pressurizing appliance 4, the heating and pressurizing surface is curved, and a heating roller having a built-in heating element or an electric iron the heating and pressurizing surface of which is of an regular surface shape is used.</p> |
