SUBSTANCE: mixture of milk margarine, phosphatide concentrate, and sugar at a weight ratio 2:0.05:3 is homogenized, supplemented with specified amounts of melange, soda, ammonium carbonate, citrate essence, and sugar powder, churned, whereupon highest-quality wheat flour is entered. The so obtained mass is then shaped and baked. EFFECT: quality product obtained. |
