摘要 PURPOSE: To form a spherical shell structure in which colloidal particles are arranged by using fine droplets of an emulsion as fine spaces in which particles are confined and controlling the number and structure of the particles. CONSTITUTION: When structured clusters of latex particles with negative charges (-OSO3 - due to sulfonic acid) on the surfaces are formed, lysine as a positive electrolyte is adsorbed on the surfaces of the latex particles to make the latex itself hydrophobic and the latex particles and an octanol soln. are homogenized and emulsified. During this stage, colloidal particles are adsorbed on the surfaces of fine droplets of octanol, take diffusion movement on the surfaces and cause crystal orientation. Casein is then added to protect and stabilize the colloidal particles. A binder is further added to bond the colloidal particles and oil is leached from the central parts by adding ethanol and polyethylene glycol.
