The present invention is related to a novel process to obtain a fundus disintegrating additive in catalytic disintegration units FCC, this additive consists of a silicoaluminate, which is obtained after mixing aqueous solutions from alumina, clay, and silicon compounds, and adding acetic acid to form an acid suspension, as well as an organic component useful as a dispersing agent, which allows the mixture homogenization and facilitates aspersion-drying and a suitable particle formation for a fluidized bed, the particle size being in the range between 45-of aluminium-silicate in suspension, which is obtained after two alumina compounds dissolved in water and a kaolin suspension, are mixed at room temperature and stirred up; said suspension is homogenized in presence of acetic acid until an acid media is obtained; colloidal silica is used as a silicon source. The material so obtained works as additive and/or catalyst for fundus disintegration, that allows to obtain higher gasoline yield in catalytic disintegration process FCC.
