PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power generation apparatus which effectively utilizes a dead space in the site of a wind power generation plant. SOLUTION: A power generation apparatus 1 is provided with a wind power generation means 2 which generates electricity by turning a windmill 4 on a tower 3, with a photovoltaic power generation means 9 which is installed at the prescribed height position of the wind power generation means 2 and which generates electricity by irradiation with sunlight S and with a condensing means 10 which is installed at the lower part of the photovoltaic power generation means 9 and which reflects and condenses the sunlight S into the photovoltaic power generation means 9 so as to be irradiated.
