PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive, throw-away and hygienic electrode for measurement by forming a conductive metallic layer having through-holes near both ends of a film-like base having an insulating characteristic. SOLUTION: This film-like electrode is provided with the film-like base 1 and the conductive metallic layer 2 having the through-holes 3 and is provided with the through-holes for electrically conducting the front and rear surfaces of the film. The film-like electrode is obtd. by applying copper plating on both surfaces of a high-polymer film having the through-holes 3, applying a photosetting resin thereon, photosetting the metallic layer parts with a negative previously formed with patterns and allowing the metallic parts to remain after washing. The film-like electrode is placed around the ankles of both wrists by paralleling the major axis direction of the film-like electrode previously coated with conductive cream in the metallic electrode parts with the hands. The parts for pressing the metallic electrode parts from above has the structure of the conductive surfaces. Impedance is measured by using the electrode retainers having the structure obtd. by connecting the conductive surfaces to a main body device by means of cords. |
