PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain selecting a system being optimum for various kinds of environment by means of one terminal by selecting one of a MODEM control means and a MODEM by means of a terminal part so as to execute communication in accordance with whether or not a radio base station uses a model. SOLUTION: When an AT command received by an NCU command judging part 16 is not one concerning NCU control but MODEM control, the NCU command judging part 16 transfers the MODEM control command to a MODEM part 1A or a BS MODEM control part 1B by way of a selector 19. Unless the radio base station has the MODEM, the MODEM part 1A is selected by the selector 19 so as to use the MODEM of a terminal part 1. When the radio base station has the MODEM, the BS MODEM control part 1B is selected so as to control the MODEM of the radio base station. Thus, this system can copes not only with a system where the terminal has the MODEM but also with the system where the radio base station has the MODEM, so that the systems for various kinds of environment is selected by one terminal. |
