PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the possibility of communication data missing attended with channel re-allocation by setting channel retrieval priority and allocating a channel corresponding to the call. SOLUTION: Let a 1st FR call FR1 be allocated to all time slots of a 1st channel CH1 in the initial state and a 2nd FR call FR2 be allocated to all time slots of a 2nd channel CH2, then let a 1st HR call HR1 be allocated to a half time slots of a 3rd channel CH3 and the other time slots be idle, then on the occurrence of a call connection request to a new call QR1 with respect to the QR call QR1, the CH3 is allocated to the QR1 with channel retrieval priority. Succeedingly, a channel CH4 is allocated to a call connection request with respect to the FR call FR3 to eliminate the need for allocating again the call during communication and the possibility of communication data missing attended with the channel re-allocation is reduced. |
