PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor with which the performance of input/output to a peripheral device is remarkably improved without damaging any fault recovery function depending on a check point restart system. SOLUTION: When a processor 1 generates the request of input/output to a peripheral device 7 at the information processor having the fault recovery function depending on the check point restart system, while referring to the load conditions of peripheral control equipment 6 managed by a peripheral control equipment load condition table 21, an input/output control part 12 discriminates whether the peripheral control equipment 6 is conditioned to immediately process that input/output request or not. When it is discriminated that the peripheral control equipment is conditioned to immediately process that request, a check point is possessed by a check point possessing part 13 and this input/output request is immediately issued to the peripheral control equipment 6. |
