PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified light-emitting apparatus having no double wiring. SOLUTION: Two electrodes 10, 11 in a switch element T are provided at a position holding transfer clock linesϕ1 ,ϕ2 therebetween. Such an electric connection between these gate electrodes is established by employing the semiconductor layer of a switch element T having the gate electrodes contacted therewith. The connection of the switch element T and light-emitting element L between the gate electrodes is conducted by connecting the gate electrode 11 of the switch element and the electrode 14 of the light-emitting element by the use of wiring 16.
