<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lay an optical fiber to have an accuracy determined by the performance of an instrumentation part, by eliminating unnecessary influences of heat and quickly measuring only a temperature of an object to be measured. SOLUTION: In the temperature-measuring apparatus, a temperature measurement sensor with an optical fiber is arranged to an object to be measured. A light pulse signal is brought into an entrance end of the optical fiber. A temperature or temperature distribution of the object is measured with the use of a back scattering light of the light pulse signal returning from within the optical fiber. The temperature measurement sensor is provided with a heat insulation sheet 11 shutting the heat of a sensor-mounting face, an optical fiber case 12 arranged over the heat insulation sheet 11 in which the optical fiber 13 is wound and stored to be a length not smaller than a distance resolution to measure the temperature, and a heat conductor 14 serving also as an upper lid for the optical fiber case or arranged on an upper face of an upper lid of the case to receive/transmit an ambient temperature in the periphery of the object to be measured.</p> |
