<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform a set of training such as interval training in which plural target heartbeat numbers are required. SOLUTION: Plural target heartbeat numbers are preliminarily memorized in accordance with set training. After measuring of heartbeats is started (S2), the number of the measured heatbeats is compared with the preliminarily inputted target heartbeat number (S24, S26), and when it is not the target heartbeat number, that is informed by an alarm (S25, S27). As change of the set training is detected (S28), the new target heartbeat number for the next is read (S30), and this target heartbeat number is taken as a comparison object with which the heartbeat number measured subsequently is compared.</p> |
