<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently control a control system unmanned and to make it most suitable for control of a bicycle parking facility. SOLUTION: An regulation ticket booking machine 1, a pair of sensors 2A, 2B for wheel part detection provided with prescribed intervals in the front and the back of this regulation ticket issue machine 1 and an automatic opening and closing gate 3 are set at an entrance passage in a bicycle parking facility. This control system is constituted so that one regulation ticket is issued by the machine 1 under working conditions previously set by a pair of the sensors 2A, 2B for wheel part detection, the automatic opening and closing gate 3 is opened when this regulation ticket is picked up, and after the automatic opening and closing gate 3 is opened, it is closed under prescribed conditions. In this case, it is desirable that at least an regulation number and an issue data and time showing an issued order are printed visually and mechanically readable and it is furthermore desirable that the same data as printed contents mentioned on the regulation ticket are electrically and magnetically recorded and used for administration of this bicycle parking facility.</p> |
