<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic card in which mechanical strength, dimensional stability, heat resistance and a printing characteristic are excellent by laminating a stretched polyester film to a signal later or laminating a plurality of sheets and laminating an unstretched polyester sheet on both sides thereof and cutting them into a card shape and thereafter working a tip insertion part by spot facing. SOLUTION: Material of the plastic card is produced by laminating a stretched polyester film 1 to a signal layer or laminating a plurality of sheets and performing printing on one side or both sides in accordance with necessity and furthermore laminating an unstretched polyester sheet 2 on both sides thereof. Since workability of the material of the plastic card is good, the material is efficiently and beautifully cut into a card shape without generating a flash by punching work being shearing. A tip insertion part 4 is provided on the plastic card 3 by spot facing work. Thereby, harmful halogen element is not incorporated and printing characteristics on the face of the stretched polyester film are good.</p> |
