PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the cut off and break of a belt effectively in advance by enlarging the belt insertion hole of a metal fitting plate and the caricature radius of the edge part of a seat belt through hole so as to increase the surface contact area of the belt. SOLUTION: In a metal fitting for connecting a belt, a tongue engagingly locking hole and a belt insertion hole 14 are formed on a metal fitting plate 11. Expansion parts 15a, 15b are formed on a plate both surfaces side by piling up at least the thickness of a belt engaging side edge parts on the belt insertion hole 14 of the metal fitting plate 11. The expansion part forming side edge part of the belt insertion hole 14 is constituted in a nearly circular smooth bent section structure and thereafter, at least the belt engaging side of the metal fitting plate 11 is molded by a resin molding material 19. By this resin molding, a space near the belt insertion hole 14 is covered by the resin molding material 19, while remaining a seat belt through hole 13 and at least the belt engaging side of the seat belt through hole 13 is piled up and the caricature radius of this part is enlarged. |
