<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously register the color, the line width, the line type, the grey level, etc., which are usually frequently used as graphic plotting attributes and then to change instantaneously these plotting attributes in a visible form. SOLUTION: The coordinate is inputted by an instruction given from a display means 8 of an input pen serving as a pointing device through a display screen. Based on this coordinate, a graphic plotting means 3 produces the plotting data 4. The means 3 optionally selects the plotting style that is previously registered by a style register means 7 or previously selected in response to the plotting line width and type or the plotting color and variable density via a style selection means 6, thereby, the means 3 plots a graphic based on the corresponding style. Therefore, the troubles to select the line type and width or the color and density, etc., at every time can be eliminated, just by selecting a plotting style.</p> |
