<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic carrier producing device by which good-quality coating is easily formed on the surface of a carrier core material. SOLUTION: In this carrier producing device by which the surface of the carrier core material is coated with resin by a rolling fluid bed 2 in a granulating cylinder 1; a rotary disk plate 5 for supplying heated air rising along the inner wall of the cylinder 1 from the lower part of the fluid bed 2 is disposed, and a secondary air inflow pipe 12 preventing the fluid bed 2 from flying up, crushing flocculated particles, forming revolving flow at the upper part of the fluid bed 2 and supplying air whose temperature is higher than the heated air introduced through the disk plate 5 is disposed. Furthermore, a classifying blade rotated by mechanical force or pneumatic force to an exhaust pipe 9 and dispersing resin mist and coating carrier is disposed at the upper part of the central part in the cylinder 1.</p> |
