PURPOSE:To attain uniform polishing of a workpiece total surface and further to facilitate setting an operating condition with higher polishing efficiency and further regardless of a workpiece shape, in the case of a polishing device for receiving an abrasive agent and a workpiece or the like stirred and polished in a bath. CONSTITUTION:A bath 8 of opening its upper part and receiving a workpiece with an abrasive agent in the inside is supported vibratably to a swivel frame 5 through a spring 7, and this swivel frame 5 is supported to a supporting shaft 2a rotatable through a vibro-isolating rubber 4 and also providing a swivel driving means of the swivel frame 5 further mounting a vibration motor 10 to the bath 8. When the bath 8 is swiveled to reciprocate, by fluidizing all the materials in the bath 8 uniformly and strongly in 8-shape in a perpendicular surface, excellent polishing efficiency is obtained, and further by applying vibration to a total unit of the material in the bath 8 by the vibration motor 10, the polishing efficiency is more improved by these compound effects also possible to polish uniformly a total surface of the workpiece, despite its shape, further efficiently even when an operating condition is widely set. |
