The plant tub fastener is composed of a semi-rigid band (1) which can be plastically deformed. This enables the user to give the band the shape required to hold the plant tub on a window support. One of the band ends is folded into a hook (5) which is fastened onto the tub rim. The other end of the band (6) is S shaped to enable it to be bent and supported under the window frame. The fastener enables plant tubs to be held on a window frame.
