PURPOSE:To provide a magnet roller which can be molded with a short cycle time while preventing adhesion of burrs to the side face. CONSTITUTION:A hollow body 17 having inner profile conformable to the outer profile of a magnet roller to be molded is disposed in the cavity of a molding die and then a resin magnet material is injected into the hollow body 17. The hollow body 17 is taken out of the molding die before the resin magnet material is cooled and solidified. The magnet roller is taken out of the hollow body 17 after the resin magnet material is solidified. |
