FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology, in particular to fermentation equipment using solid-phase bioreactors for cultivation of the selected microorganisms, such as fungi, on a solid environment of cultivation, as well as for production of products produced by solid-phase fermentation: enzymes, dietary food additives, antibiotics and insecticidal spores. Solid-phase reactor contains reaction vessel having the top wall with the top and bottom surfaces; bottom wall with top surface and bottom surface, wherein the lower wall forms basis of reaction vessel; one or more side walls, connecting top wall and bottom wall, with formation of internal compartment. Vessel contains a perforated plate element with division of internal compartment on part above the plate element and part of the lower plate element. In one or more of these walls is formed the multiple holes. At least one hole opens into inner compartment higher that the level at which a perforated plate element is located, and at least one hole opens into inner separation lower the level at which there is a perforated plate element. Vessel has one reversible open inlet closure, connected to the wall of the reaction vessel, in which there is an inlet hole. This closure has a size and configuration for reversible sealing the inlet hole. Solid state bioreactor system includes a plurality of industrial solid-phase bioreactors according to item 1, fermentative station with air inlet and outlet lines.EFFECT: declared group of inventions provides increasing of efficiency of using industrial solid-phase bioreactors with provision of stable and reproducible fermentation conditions in the entire volume of the culture medium with simultaneous provision of adaptability for automation and model scaling.13 cl, 13 dwg |
