<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part in which a mark is prevented from becoming unclear during conveyance or process by forming a temporary mark protective film on the surface of a mark printed on a protective film. SOLUTION: A glass coat 6 and an overcoat 7 are sequentially formed an dried. Paste for making a mark M is applied and dried. A temporary mark protective film B is formed on the surface of the pasted mark M on the glass coat 6 and the overcoat 7 which are not sintered. The temporary mark protecting film B is made of a material which is filmed at 200 deg.C or lower and completely dissipates at 400 deg.C or higher. When a baking process is performed at 400 deg.C or higher, the temporary mark protective film B dissipates and the mark M goes down on the surface of the overcoat 7, thereby forming the top face of the resistor chip flush with she surface. Consequently, inconveniences that the protective layer and the mark come off or are partially damaged and the mark is blurred can be prevented.</p> |
