<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To return and restore oil in a crank case chamber so that the insufficient lubrication oil in the crank case chamber can be prevented when the compressor is re-started during stopping time of compressive operation. SOLUTION: An oil separator 41 is provided at a refrigerant gas discharging path 34. Under the oil separator 41, an oil reservoir 48 which stores the oil separated from the refrigerant gas is provided. Between the oil reservoir 48 and a crank case chamber 21, an oil supply path 49 which returns oil in the reservoir 48 to the crank case chamber 21 is provided. In the oil supply path 49, an oil supply valve 51 which acts in association with the on-off of compressor is provided. The oil supply valve 51 is a spool type adapted to act depending on the pressure difference between the discharge chamber 31 and the oil reservoir 48.</p> |
