PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a transmission interval of individual cell channel used when channel setting information is reported from a radio base station to a mobile terminals as for, for instance, a PHS system. SOLUTION: An LSI control part 2 is provided with plural SCCH buffers, even though the transmission of SCCH data of the previous SCCH sending command is not completed, the part 2 stores SCCH data on the next SCCH sending command in other SCCH one-shot buffer 24, and when the completion of the SCCH data sending is notified from a LSI part 4, the part 2 transfers the SCCH data which is stored in order buffer 24 in a simultaneous calling channel sending timing, during an idle sending to the part 4 to transmit it. |
