PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the error of a wattmeter and to reduce the minimum purchased power, by measuring purchased power or reverse flow power with a small-range or pulse type wattmeter connected in parallel with an already existing wattmeter over the considerable portion of the system interconnection operation between a commercial power system and a private power generating facility. SOLUTION: An input type wattmeter 10 having a rated current of 1A is connected in parallel with an input type wattmeter 7 having a rated current of 5A and a 5-A ammeter 11 having a contact output is connected between the wattmeters 7 and 10. A change-over contact 12 which is turned on/off by a switching signal S from the ammeter 11 and a by-passing contact 13 are connected to each other. A controller 8a controls the governor of a private power generating facility 4 upon receiving signals from the contact 12 and wattmeters 7 and 10.
