<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic device by which even after the occurrence of jamming, normal recording can be carried out without staining the recording paper with a toner. SOLUTION: An electrophotographic device is provided with a first voltage generator 39 for generating the first voltage that has a reversed polarity being reverse to the charging voltage of a photosensitive body, a second voltage generator 40 for generating the second voltage that has a reversed polarity being reverse to the first voltage, and a charge-over device 41 for changing over from the first condition in which the first voltage is given to a transfer roller 64 to the second condition in which the second voltage is given to the transfer roller and vice versa. When the jamming of recording paper is caused, the photosensitive body is turned for charging the photosensitive body by means of a charging device 52, so that a bias is applied to a developing roller 60, and also the developing roller 60 is turned; and the change-over device 41 is controlled so as to be changed over between the first condition and the second condition at least one at a time.</p> |
