SUBSTANCE: suspension has lowering-hoisting frame coupled to transport facility, bearing plate with vibrator positioned on it and vibration-protection shock absorbers with guiding and stabilizing members. Shock absorbers are made as torsion rods mounted in frame for turning the torsion ends through levers which are hinged-connected to supporting brackets of vibrator plate be means of tie-rods.
