<p>A retainer (15) for fastening an air-bag (14) to a base plate (11) is provided with a swelling portion (15b) that covers an inflator (12). Gas passage ports (15f) are radially formed in a tilted portion (15d) of the swelling portion (15b). A central portion of an upper fabric (14a) of the air-bag (14) is fitted with a rivet (41) to a central portion of an upper plate (15e) of the swelling portion (15b) to limit the air-bag (14) from protruding toward the passenger side.</p> |
