KNEADING EXTRUDER AND ITS MATERIAL EXTRUSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a kneaded material by maximally lessening a difference in the temperatures of the kneaded material of a discharge area in the rotor axial direction. SOLUTION: In a part (discharge area 27) corresponding to a discharge port 15 in a chamber 2 a means 29 for preventing a rotary flow is provided which prevents a kneaded material packed in an area between the inner face of the chamber 2 and the outer peripheral face of a rotor 4 from being entrained into the rotating direction of the rotor 4 following its rotation. The means 29 is preferably equipped with a wrapping member 28 for wrapping the outer peripheral face of the rotor 4 so that the outer peripheral face of the rotor 4 in the discharge area 27 does not come into contact with the kneaded material. In addition, more preferably a sealed cylinder part 25 is installed extending to the discharge area 27 side to use the sealed cylinder part 25 as the wrapping member 28. As a counterpart to the sealed cylinder part 25, a reverse threaded part 26 is formed extending to the discharge area 27 side.
