PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a magnetic metal from even partially contacting an inner bottom part surface and a paper surface of a utensil though generating heat to be deformed in a warp by an electromagnetic wave of IH by arranging a number of open holes in the surface of an electromagnetic heating plate and a protruded part concave from the same plate surfaces entirely over the surface of the plate. SOLUTION: A heating plate 1 for IH has a plurality of opening parts 2 and protrusion parts 4 made concave 3 at a plurality of points on the entire one side of the planar and circular heating plate 1 for IH. When the heating plate is positioned at an inner bottom part of an earthen pot 5 holding water A, an electromagnetic wave B of an IH6 pierces the bottom part of the earthen pot 5 and the IH heating plate 1 generates heat to heat the water A on the perimeter of the IH heating plate 1. As a result, a heat convection C is generated and a part D thereof repeats the fluidization thereof between the earthen pot 5 provided using the plurality of protruded parts 4 provided on the IH heating plate 1. This action causes a transfer D of heat to the bottom surface of the earthen pot 5 at a boiling point of the water A and the transferring of heat is accomplished with the boiling point temperature of the water A as upper limit thereby lowering the temperature naturally. |
