PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to process information high in secrecy and personality at any place by restricting the visibility of a display for a personal computer and a word processor only to an operator. SOLUTION: A display picture on a display part 2 (2a, 2b) in a personal computer body can be recognized only by using a personalizer 3 turned to a state prepared on a recognizable prestage and personalized. The personalizer 3 is arranged on a position nearer to the operator side from the display part 2 body and the display screen can be recognized only within a narrow range including the operator.
