PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert the non-slip structure of a stair easily into tread fitting grooves formed to the internal surfaces of side boards, and to eliminate the need for the alignment of the end sections of non-slip members in each tread. SOLUTION: A recessed groove 2 is formed to the front section of the top face of the tread 1 of a stair extending over the longitudinal direction. A non- slip member 3, which is constituted so as to be projected to an upper section from the top face of the tread 1 under a non-load state, in which load is not applied, and be indented so that the non-slip member 3 is formed in approximately the same surface as the top face section of the tread 1 under a load state, in which load is applied, and has elasticity, is fitted extending over the overall length of the recessed groove 2. Accordingly, when the end section of the tread 1 is fitted into a tread fitting groove formed to the internal surface of a side board, load is applied to the end section of the non-slip member 3 and the end section of the non-slip member 3 is sunk into the recessed groove 2 and the tread 1 is inserted into the tread fitting groove.
|
