<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam treatment device in which heat energy is recovered by fractionating and recovering steam contained in gas and changing a form into effectively utilized vapor. SOLUTION: A permselective module 52 of steam in provided so as to compart the inside of a casing 51 into a first and second closed spaces 51a, 51b. Gas forcedly circulated by a blower 54 is brought into contact with water in the gas-liquid contactor 53, humidified and returned to the first closed space 51a. On one side, the inside of the second closed space 51b is decompressed by a compressor 56. Only steam contained in humidified air in the first closed space 51a permeates into the second closed space 5b. The compressor 56 sucks and compresses the air in the second closed space 51b to produce vapor of high temperature and high pressure.</p> |
