The driving force transmitting device 1 of the present invention includes a first gear 11 that rotates about the same rotational shaft as that of a small wheel portion 112 and a second gear 12 that engages with the small wheel portion 112 and to which a rotational driving force is transmitted from the first gear 11. A rib member 113 that rotatably supports the second gear 12 is provided at a rotational center of the second gear 12. A first end portion of a rotational shaft 121 is pivotally supported by an attachment plate 20 within a root circle of the first gear 11. The annular rib member 113 is provided on a web face 114 of the first gear 11, the rib member 113 having the same rotational shaft as the first gear 11 and corotating with the first gear 11 while supporting a second end portion side of the rotational shaft 121.
