<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of preventing the worm- eaten phenomenon of an image, etc., caused by the difference in linear velocity between a pair of resist rollers and a photoreceptor and a transfer roller. SOLUTION: One end 31a of a pressure releasing lever 31 is locked to the end part of the plunger 32 of a solenoid 30, the mid-way part of the lever 31 is pivotally supported to be rotatable by a shaft 33 and the other end 31b is abutted on the shaft 13a of the pressure roller 13 of a pair of the resist rollers from below. One end 31a of the pressure releasing lever 31 is pulled downward by the solenoid 30 and the side of the other end 31b of the lever 31 is turned upward to separate the pressure roller 13 from the resist roller 14 and release the pressure of the resist roller 14. When the top end of the paper is carried by a nip by the photoreceptor and the transfer roller, the carrying force of a pair of the resist rollers disappears and the carrying speed of the paper becomes the same as the linear velocity of the photoreceptor or the transfer roller, not to slip a pair of the resist rollers.</p> |
