<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple waste plastic treating apparatus wherein the waste plastic can be recycled, an influence on an environment is little, and operation can be executed at a low cost. SOLUTION: The waste plastic treating apparatus has a heating vessel 1 wherein molten nonferrous metal 2 is contained, and heating is received from at least a bottom surface, a feed opening 3 open upward from an upper surface of the heating vessel to one end part side or an upper surface of the molten nonferrous metal 2 of the heating vessel 1, and an outflux 4 open slightly upward from the upper surface of the molten nonferrous metal 2 of the other side end part of the heating vessel 1. The waste plastic is fed into the heating vessel 1 from the feed opening 3, and floats on a liquid surface of the molten nonferrous metal 2. Then, the waste plastic becomes gradually to a molten state at high temperature of the molten nonferrous metal 2, and flows on the molten nonferrous metal 2 toward a direction of the outflux 4. In this case, gas generated from foreign matter or the like mixed in the waste plastic is exhausted from an exhaust gas opening 7.</p> |
