<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a network automatically select an appropriate connection and to connect it by referring to stored priorities and setting a call when there is a new connection setting request. SOLUTION: An exchange 1 is provided with a list 9 of connection priorities which stores priorities (3), (1) and (2) of each connection a, b and C respectively and refers to the stored priorities when there is a setting request of new connection. The exchange 1 partially releases a connection that is already set and allocates it to a set band for a new connection when a set band that receives a new connection setting request about a line to which a call is already set exceeds a residual band of the line and its priority surpasses the priority of the connection that is already set. Also, the exchange 1 has a receiving side user terminal address list 10 which stores connection information including addresses of users B to D which set the calls of a user A and a connection list 8.</p> |
