PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the abrupt drop of a power supply voltage and the malfunction of an electronic equipment main body by reducing a rush current at the time of inserting and extracting an insertable/extractable electronic device into and from the electronic equipment main body. SOLUTION: An inserting/extracting power supply control circuit 50 is incorporated in an insertable/extractable electronic device 56 which is connected to an electronic equipment main body 52 through a connector 54 and provided with a first device circuit 66 which supplies a standby voltage 64 to a load circuit by impressing a power supply starting signal 60 upon the circuit 62 when an external switch 58 is operated, a power supply starting circuit 70 which actuates a delay element 68 upon receiving power supply Vcc from the main body 52, and a second drive circuit 72 which supplies the power supply voltage Vcc to the load circuit 62 as the service voltage outputted from the delay element 68 rises. |
