PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a cleansing paper sheet which has a similar high quality as a foiled paper sheet, improving the working efficiency, and provides the similar appearance to the foiled paper sheet. SOLUTION: A base paper having a prescribed manufacturing pattern is calendered so as to improve the smoothness. This base paper and an auxiliary sheet material harder than the base paper are alternately stacked with each other and a prescribed number of paper sheets set as a bundle are evenly stamped from the bundle surface by a stamping press. The insertion of the auxiliary sheet material harder than the base paper allows to simply and surely crush the tissue of the base paper so as to provide the flexibility and smoothness and at the same time provides it with gloss by friction. |
