PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video signal output device capable of switching compressed video data in an optional frame after expansion only by increasing data transfer capability to each output circuit by about 50% at the most. SOLUTION: In a video signal output device that has plural output circuits 1-3, a data interface 2-1 transfers compressed video data for one cycle in one time slot to one data buffer, divides compressed video data for one cycle into n times and transfers 1/n cycles each in one time slot from preceding n time slots which are switched by a switch 2-6 to other data buffers. |
