PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a degree of tuning freedom of an orifice passage advantageously even if a formation space of the orifice passage is restricted by arranging a flexible film which is deformed elastically due to pressure action of fluid which flows in the orifice passage and allows changes of volume of the orifice passage. SOLUTION: By constituting a part of a wall part of a second orifice passage 82 by a bag-like rubber film 108, pressure of fluid flowing in the second orifice passage 82 acts on the bag-like rubber film 108 so that the bag-like rubber film 108 is elastically deformed to allow changes of volume of the second orifice passage 82. By providing the bag-like rubber film 108, a degree of second tuning freedom can be advantageously enlarged and tuning to a target frequency region becomes easy without changing a shape and a dimension of the second orifice passage 82 itself and wall spring rigidity of a pressure receive chamber 74 and a first balance chamber 76 at all. |
