<p>An industrial robot wherein a feed screw supporting member (3) is fitted to a column (1), with its positioning adjusted so that it takes a prescribed position relative to a translation guide (2), a feed screw (6) is fixed to the feed screw supporting member (3), a power transmitting mechanism (4) is secured to the feed screw supporting member (3) with reference to the axial center of the feed screw (6) and a motor is fixed to the power transmitting mechanism (4). As the positioning of the feed screw supporting member (3) can be adjusted regardless of the power transmitting mechanism (4), it is easy to adjust the positioning of the feed screw (6).</p> |
