<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fired resistor by a method wherein ruthenium oxide powder, glass powder, having the specific weight of component constitution of PbO, silicon oxide, aluminum oxide and high heat resistant oxide powder are dispersed in an organic vehicle. SOLUTION: Ruthenium oxide powder is used as a conductive material. The glass powder, which is obtained by dissolving and crushing PbO of 50 wt.%, SiO2 of 39 wt.% and Al2 O3 of 11 wt.% by a ball mill, is used as glass frit. Also, zirconium oxide powder is used as a high heat resisting oxide. After ruthenium oxide powder, glass powder and zirconium oxide powder are put in an organic vehicle and they are preparatory kneaded, the mixture is uniformly dispersed, and resistor paste is obtained.</p> |
