FIELD: creation of vacuum. SUBSTANCE: vacuum trap has body with inlet and outlet branch pipes. Protective plates and circular antimigration barriers are vacuum-tight joined to wall of body, are manufactured from nonrepaired getter with activation temperature not exceeding 550 C and are fitted with heating means. EFFECT: prevention of straight-through flow of vapors of working fluid from pump to pumped-out space, decreased achieved limiting pressure, diminished contamination of pumped-out space by vapors of working fluid of pump, enhanced pumping-out speed. 1 cl, 2 dwg |
