SUBSTANCE: device case has its inner surface made in the form of truncated cone accommodating ball-and-socket joint with tetrahedral shank whose faces are relatively perpendicular. Faces are engageable with cylindrical guides made in the form of adjusting and locking screws placed in hold-down flange of case on relatively perpendicular intersecting axes. Flange surface contacting ball-and-socket joint is made in the form of truncated cone. Screw surfaces contacting shank faces is spherical in shape.
