The multi-layer material is placed under a ground surface covering for reinforcing sound insulation. It comprises a first layer (1) having fading noise capacities, and a second layer (2) able to dissipate sound shocks. The first layer is constituted of a flexible fibrous material for defining an air strip (3). The second layer is constituted of a meshing material. An intermediate film (4) enables assembling, by gluing, the first and second layers and reinforces the protection of the layers. |
