PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of purchasing a ticket and to automatically collect a boarding charge by withdrawing the boarding charge from the saving account of the saving account number of a user individual corresponding to an ID number and collecting the boarding charge in a central processing unit. SOLUTION: A ticket examination device 10 capable of recording and reading data by a radio reader-writer 3 to a boarding card is installed to the ticket examination gate of a station. Then, boarding station data are recorded in the boarding card in the ticket examination device 10 at the time of boarding and the ID number of the user individual and the boarding station data are read from the boarding card in the ticket examination device 10 at the time of getting off. Then, the ID number of the user individual and the boarding charge or boarding and get-off station data are sent from the ticket examination device 10 of a get-off station to the central processing unit of a railroad company. The central processing unit collects the boarding charge by withdrawing the boarding charge calculated by the ticket examination device 10 or the central processing unit from the saving account of the user corresponding to the ID number. |
