PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for removing the nucleus of the lens of an eye through a small incision while using a simple mechanical device to be manually operated and controlled. SOLUTION: This device for removing tissues is provided with an outside cannula 10 and an inside cannula 11 held inside the outside cannula. These cannulas 10 and 11 can be mutually relatively longitudinally moved. At the end of the outside cannula 10, there is an abutting part 25 for touching the inside cannula 11. The inside cannula 11 can be moved forwards for touching the abutting part 25 by a driving device so that the tissues between the other cannula and the abutting part 25 can be removed. This device is used for removing the tissues of the lens from the eye of a human being or any other animal.
