The invention relates to medicine, particularly, to the epidemiology and may be used at the bacteriologic control of the epidemiologic regime maintenance. Summary of the invention consists in the fact that the method provide simultaneous selection and seeding of the samples into the Heifitz modified medium and detection the bacteria thereon during 3...5 hours. For carrying out the method there is claimed a device.The devace 1 is made in the form of a tube provided with a cover 2, on the inner face thereof is fastened a minibacteriologic cup 4 with a tampon 5 being on the sample selection stick, and on the devise external face there are located two mini test-tubes 3.The technical result consists in increasing the accuracy and truthworthiness of the detected bacteria bacteriologic analysis.Claims: 2Fig.: 5<IMAGE>
